With over 15 solid years of experience in the London market, Waleed Mohammed gradually built up his negotiation skills from his first post at the large corporate firm, Barnard Marcus which was a perfect place to start all the general training. From there he was keen to always record the largest transactions which he went on to successfully do for Faron Sutaria and then the up market Harrods Estates in Knightsbridge before he was head hunted by the millionaire Chairman of Chestertons Global to head up a £50M prime residential development portfolio. Once Waleed successfully delivered and sold the properties he then played a key role in the acquisition of Humberts estate agents whilst working along side the CEO the two companies successfully merged. He then volunteered to head up the Arabic desk for the Mayfair and Knightsbridge offices where he thought it was lacking in performance and once again he recorded the highest sales fee in the company's history in the first few months. One of the advantages Waleed has is that he grew up and went to school in Mayfair and has gained a reputation for having his finger firmly on the pulse of off-market residential opportunities. After working enthusiastically for several great estate agencies and building an astonishing network of contacts, Waleed decided to strike out on his own and start Merchants Row where he and his dedicated team can offer a bespoke service to a select few, ensuring all transactions are driven to conclusion on satisfying terms.
